It's Thanksgiving!

Happy Turkey Day to all! We are excited to eat our favorite Thanksgiving dishes and spend time with our loved ones. With all of the planning, cooking, traveling, and chowing down, we thought you would want some ideas on how you can keep fit this Thanksgiving. We obviously took this project very seriously, and consulted multiple trainers, fitness gurus, and professional athletes, and came up with the following Thanksgiving fitness routine...

Thanksgiving Workout Circuit:

  • 20 gobble squats with a turkey leg in each hand
  • 25 bicep curls using your favorite holiday beverage
  • Work your mouth muscles by sharing 3 things you are grateful for this year
  • Mash those potatoes with all of your might, making sure they're nice and smooth
  • Exercise your fingers by clicking on our Black Friday page and stocking up on all of your favorite Goal Five gear
