What is your return/exchanges policy?
We want you to love your Goal Five gear. If it's not the right fit, eligible items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Please note the following:
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
• Returns incur an $8 processing fee deducted from your refund.
• Final Sale items and international orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Finally - return labels are valid for 14 days from issuance!

When will I receive my refund or exchange?
Refunds are typically processed within 5 business days after your return is received and inspected.
For exchanges, your new order is processed once your return is scanned by the carrier. You'll receive an email confirmation and tracking information as soon as it's on the way.
Because some of our most-loved styles sell out quickly, we recommend sending your return back as soon as possible.
