Returns & Exchanges
Q: WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?
- We want you to be completely satisfied. For any orders placed after July 1, 2024, you have 30 days to request a refund or exchange. Returns will incur an $8 processing fee that will be deducted from your refund. Items must be unworn, unwashed and have all original tags attached. We do not accept returns for items marked "Final Sale" or for international purchases. Original shipping charges are not refundable. Please note that your return label is valid for 14 days.
- Any order placed before July 1, 2024 is not eligible for return. No exceptions.
- PLEASE NOTE: Your exchange order will not be placed until your return has been put in the mail. We frequently sell out of inventory so we strongly recommend mailing your return back ASAP. If we do sell out of your requested items, you will be notified that your exchange has been canceled and we will refund your original form of payment.
- If you are exchanging and returning items from the same order, an $8 return processing fee will be incurred if the returned item is of higher value than the exchanged item.

Q: HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND OR NEW GEAR?
- Once your return has been received and inspected, you will get your refund within 5 business days.
- For exchanges, your new order will be placed when your return has been scanned by the mail carrier. You will receive an email confirmation with order details and tracking information. If we have sold out of your requested items, you will be notified that your exchange has been canceled and we will refund your original form of payment.
