Q: Who is Goal Five?
Goal Five is the sports performance brand dedicated to inspiring and celebrating female athletes’ greatness.
Q: Where did the name Goal Five come from?
Our name is inspired by United Nations Sustainable Development Goal 5, “Achieve equality and empower all women and girls.”
Q: Goal Five is a purpose driven brand. What’s the company’s mission?
We believe all girls, regardless of race and socio-economic status, should have the opportunity to play sports, because when girls play and compete, they become strong, confident leaders on and off the field.
Q: Do you give back?
We partner with select domestic and international non-profits that are working to break down barriers, so that significantly more girls from low-income communities have a chance to play. We also use our platform to elevate and celebrate female athletes’ greatness, and to shine a light on gender inequalities in sport. Your purchase is making a difference!
At Goal Five, we hope for a day when women at every level of sport are celebrated, and when Equal Play is no longer something we have to fight for. With each day, through empowerment and education, we move forward in our mission to understand her, push her, and empower her to even the playing field, a mission that is only possible because of you.

Q: Where are your products manufactured?
The majority of our products are made in Vietnam, Canada and Mexico. In all geographies, we have partnered with manufacturers that adhere to the highest quality and ethical standards.

The best way to reach us is to drop us a line at hello@goalfive.com or use the online chat feature by clicking the chat icon in the bottom right corner. Our customer engagement team is available Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm PST and will generally respond to all inquiries within 24 hours.
ORDERS & SHIPPING
Q: How much does shipping cost?
We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders of $99 or more. For domestic orders under $50, we charge $4.99 for shipping, and, for orders between $50 and $99, we charge $7.99. We also offer easy returns and free exchanges.
Q: Do you offer expedited shipping?
We do offer expedited shipping for $19.99. Expedited orders can be expected to arrive in 2-3 business days. Please reach out to hello@goalfive.com if there is a specific shipping request you would like to discuss.
Q: When will my order ship?
For all products in stock, we strive to process and ship your order within 2 business days. Once your items have shipped, you will receive an email notification with a corresponding tracking number.
Q: How long will shipping take?
Please allow 5-7 business days from the time your order has left our distribution center. We recommend placing orders early, especially during the holiday period, to ensure timely delivery!
Q: What is your return policy?
Return-eligible items will only be accepted on orders for orders placed after July 1, 2024. Returns will incur an $8 processing fee, which will be deducted from your refund. Click here for more information about our return or exchange policy.
Q: Do you ship to P.O. boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO addresses?
Yes. These orders will be shipped via USPS with standard shipping only.
Q: Do you offer international shipping?
Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
Q: Does the purchase of a gift card count toward free shipping?
So sorry, but at this time, the purchase of a gift card won't help you reach the Free Shipping level (merchandise only).
GIFT CARDS
Q: How do I redeem my Gift Card?
Once you’ve filled your cart with awesome Goal Five gear, proceed to the checkout screen and select “Gift Card” under payment method. Enter the gift card code provided in the email. Your gift card will be applied to your shopping cart balance.
Q: Does my Gift Card expire?
Goal Five gift cards never expire!
Q: What If I’ve lost my Gift Card?
Send an email to hello@goalfive.com with your name, the name of the person who gave you the gift card and we’ll do our best to track it down.
