With arms relaxed down at the sides,

measure the fullest part of the bust / chest, keeping measuring

tape parallel to the ground.

WAIST

Measure around your natural waistline as pictured.

HIPS

Standing with feet together, keep tape straight and

parallel to the ground and measure around the fullest

part of hips.
