Formerly of the Orlando Pride, Nikki is a two-time NCAA national champion, USWNT U18 and U20 alum and now plays for the Santa Clarita Blue Heat FC. Nikki's 5 Drills to Up Your Soccer Skills
1. Warm-Up (cones, wall/backboard)
- Cone 5-7 yards from wall/backboard
- Two touches
- First touch across the body
- 60 seconds
- Progress to one touch
- Use both feet
- 60 seconds
2. Dynamic dribbling (cones)
- Sprint first 15 yards
- Dribble ball between cones
- Turn and run with ball to start
- Dribble ball to start position
3. Skill move to the goal (cones, wall/backboard, goal)
- Dribble to cone
- Use move to get past cone
- Play one-two with the wall
- Shot on goal
4. Control and skills to goal (cones, goal)
- Juggle ball
- Control with dynamic touch
- Skill on cone
- Shot on goal
5. Passing and skills to goal (cones, wall/backboard, goal)
- Pass off wall
- Control
- Step over move
- Shot on goal

I saw Nikki since she was about 5 years old playing in N.J., great player with a beautiful skills and as a professional she is my favorite player.
