Layering Workout Gear in the Spring
Springtime brings us blossoming flowers, more sunlight, and additional excuses to get outside to enjoy the weather. However, before summer fully hits, spring also brings us varying temperatures, warm days with cold evenings, and inevitable rain showers. Here at Goal Five, we’ve determined that the key to dressing for activity in the spring and early summer is layers! Work smarter, not harder.
Here are some go-to spring and early summer layering tips for when the weather can change as quickly as you can tie your shoes:
Wear sweats before you get your sweat on!
