Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Yes—but we keep it low. Whether you're outfitting a team, run club, gym, organization or group of friends, you can access Goal Five group pricing starting at just 10 pieces.

How does the ordering process work?
We've made customizing your Goal Five gear simple:
- Choose your gear. Customization is available on select Goal Five styles and colors to ensure the best quality and experience.
- Click Personalize on the product page.
- Select your quantities by size.
- Upload your logo or artwork as a PNG or SVG file.
- Review your order and proceed to checkout.
- You'll receive an order confirmation by email, followed by an update when your custom gear is ready to ship.
What file format do I need for my logo or artwork?
Please upload your logo or artwork as a PNG or SVG file. For the best result, we recommend submitting the highest-resolution version of your logo available.
Can I return or exchange customized gear?
Because each order is customized specifically for your team or organization, customized gear is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once production has begun. Please double-check sizes, quantities and artwork before submitting your order.
How long will my order take?
Custom orders are currently produced within approximately 28 days. You'll receive a target ship date during the ordering process, and available shipping options and estimated transit times will be shown at checkout.
What customization options are available?
Heat Transfer: Available on select shorts and tanks.
Embroidery: Available on the Foudy Collection and Valia Training Joggers.
Can I mix styles, colors and sizes to reach the 10-piece minimum?
The 10-piece minimum applies to each style and color, but you can mix and match sizes within those 10 pieces to fit your team.
For example, if you're ordering 10 Black Excel Shorts, you can choose any combination of XS–XL to get the sizes your group needs.

Will I see a proof of my logo before my order is produced?
Yes. We'll review your artwork and send a digital proof for approval before your order goes into production.
Can I reorder more gear later?
Absolutely. Once your artwork is on file, coming back for more is easy. Reorders are still subject to our custom-order minimums and current product availability.
Do you offer international shipping for custom orders?
At this time, custom gear orders are available for U.S. shipping only. Interested in placing an international order? Reach out to us at Hello@goalfive.com. We're continuing to evaluate international options as the program grows.
